At PigiKo, we are excited to offer FREE shipping on all orders to ensure you receive your products at no extra cost!


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to the carrier and is on its way to your address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be extended up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time is between 7-14 days after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note, during peak times or holidays, couriers may experience delays in transit time or tracking updates. If your order is being shipped internationally, customs delays may occur, which could extend the overall delivery timeframe.


Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is important that your shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information could lead to delays or cancellations. If we detect any issues with your address, our customer support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we may need to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact@pigiko.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that we can make adjustments after this time.


Delayed Delivery

While we aim to ship all orders promptly, please be aware that delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as unexpected issues with the courier, severe weather, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.

There could also be delays caused by product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. We will notify you promptly if we encounter any issues that may delay your order.

Please note that PigiKo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. We will, however, keep you updated on the status of your order and offer assistance whenever possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once we hand your package over to our courier partner, it is out of our control. In the event your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to us at contact@pigiko.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

We recommend that you also contact the courier directly to file a claim, as most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide you with updates.

Please note that PigiKo is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit, and this is not covered under our refund policy. However, we will assist in resolving the issue, and depending on the situation, may offer a replacement if the package is not found or delivered. If the package remains unlocated, we suggest filing a police report.
